A safe haven for many, Sibikwa Arts Centre has been known to discover some of South Africa's greatest talents. We follow a dialogue that took place in order to uplift community art centre's as they are closest to the people. Sibikwa made history by being the first to host delegates from allover the world on a dialogue towards action against the challenges faced by community Art Centre's.
