Greed costs a community its livelihood as an alleged internal feud between three traditional leaders over the shares to the Black Chrome Mine costs the village its only source of income. The residents were then forced to start mining in their main roads and in their backyards.
Questions need to be asked: Who are the buyers? Why have the authorities not taken action? and how can the main road to a village be mined without the local municipality taking action.
